This page describes how the SoftSleep website handles information in the features currently implemented. It is a practical draft for the live product, not legal advice. SoftSleep's owner should confirm the legal entity, jurisdiction, retention periods, and contact channels before relying on this document for formal compliance.
SoftSleep (“SoftSleep,” “we,” “us”) operates this website to describe workflow automation and practical AI services for small businesses and to receive inquiries from prospective clients.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, SoftSleep may process:
- Contact form data — full name, business name, work email, optional phone number, service of interest, and your description of a workflow or problem, plus consent confirmation.
- Technical data — standard server and hosting logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps) generated by the hosting platform when you visit the site.
- Project data (offline / contracted work) — if you become a client, SoftSleep may receive business process information and tool access you choose to provide under a separate engagement. That processing is governed by your project agreement in addition to this policy.
SoftSleep does not intentionally collect government ID numbers, payment card data, or passwords through the public contact form.
2. How we use information

SoftSleep does not sell personal information. SoftSleep does not use contact form submissions for unrelated advertising lists unless you separately agree.
3. Third-party services used by this website
- Hosting: Vercel (or the host configured for deployment) processes requests needed to serve pages.
- Form delivery: Form delivery is intended to use Formspree once NEXT_PUBLIC_FORMSPREE_ID is configured. Until then, the public form will not send messages.
- Booking: No third-party booking provider is connected on this site yet.
- Analytics: No product analytics package is bundled in the current codebase. If SoftSleep later enables analytics, this policy should be updated before launch of that feature.
4. Retention and security
SoftSleep retains inquiry records only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential engagement, or meet legal requirements, then deletes or archives them according to internal practice. SoftSleep uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small consultancy website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
5. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information SoftSleep holds about you from website inquiries. SoftSleep will need enough information to verify the request.
6. Children
This website is directed to businesses and adults. SoftSleep does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. International visitors
If you contact SoftSleep from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where SoftSleep or its providers operate. SoftSleep has not published a confirmed governing jurisdiction on this site.

SoftSleep has not published a dedicated privacy email yet. Use the contact form once delivery is configured, or update identity.privacyEmail in the site configuration before launch.

SoftSleep may update this policy as the website or services change. The effective date above should be revised when a material update is published.
