Terms of Service
Effective date: to be confirmed by SoftSleep before treating these terms as final.
These Terms are a readable draft aligned with SoftSleep's published services. They are not a substitute for legal counsel. SoftSleep's owner must confirm the legal entity name, governing law, payment terms, and liability language before launch. The contracting legal entity is not yet published on this website.
By using this website or requesting services from SoftSleep (“SoftSleep”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage SoftSleep.
1. Description of services
SoftSleep provides consulting and implementation services related to business process automation, practical AI integration, systems audits, team training, and maintenance support for small businesses. Website content describes typical offerings; specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined only in a written proposal, statement of work, or invoice accepted by the client.
2. Website content and no guarantees
SoftSleep works to keep information accurate, but website copy may change. SoftSleep does not guarantee bank account approval, financing outcomes, revenue results, or fixed time savings. Illustrative workflow examples are not case studies unless explicitly labeled as such.
3. Pricing and payment
Package amounts shown on the Pricing page are proposed ranges for discussion and must be confirmed in writing before an engagement. SoftSleep does not invent discounts, tax treatment, or refund guarantees on the marketing site. Payment methods, deposits, and refund rules—if any—are stated in the client proposal.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide timely access to tools, accounts, and information needed for the agreed scope
- Designate a decision-maker for approvals
- Ensure SoftSleep is authorized to access any systems or data you share
- Use deliverables in compliance with third-party software terms
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment for a scoped engagement, the client owns client-specific automation configurations and documentation created uniquely for that engagement, except where third-party tools retain their own IP. SoftSleep retains ownership of pre-existing templates, methodologies, and generic know-how, and may reuse non-confidential patterns in other work. SoftSleep website content and branding remain SoftSleep property.
6. Support and termination
Support levels are defined in the applicable proposal (for example, a post-launch window or monthly retainer). Either party may end ongoing work according to the notice terms in that agreement. SoftSleep may suspend work for non-payment or material breach. Provisions covering payment, IP, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftSleep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including downtime caused by third-party platforms SoftSleep does not control. SoftSleep's aggregate liability for a given engagement will not exceed the fees paid to SoftSleep for that engagement in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, SoftSleep's liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
8. Governing law
SoftSleep has not published a governing-law jurisdiction on this website yet. The owner should set identity.governingLaw before relying on these Terms for contracts.
9. Contact
SoftSleep has not published a legal contact email yet. Configure identity.legalEmail before launch, or use the site contact form once delivery is enabled.
